Sorry I forgot to reply. Yes, I have been using it for a few years at this point. Honestly was a refreshing expirience after samsung, since every single phone would get battery issues. Sure the p20 lite was already getting a bit laggy, but it worked fine, and battery life was nice. So this happening suddenly rly caught me by surprise.

But my service provider says my P20 Lite doesn't support VoLTE. I found an Ä°phone 7 and put my SIM Card in it. After that I called my service provider and told them to have my VoLTE enabled. Took my SIM Card out of the Ä°phone and put back it my P20 Lite in. Now my P20 Lite shows VoLTE near the signal bar. I'm now able to call via VoLTE.
