Whenyou're sitting at 0 mph in game, the wheel will be stiff because the game will simulate the front tyres scrubbing on the ground. It's what you'd feel in a real car. There's a setting under Assetto Corsa > View & UI called "Steering wheel limit". Set it to 0 and now the virtual wheel matches the real one.
Tryto run windows calibration and the calibrations in each respective game. You'll find the windows calibration by going to the windows search bar and typing in "Set up USB game controller". Click on the wheel, click properties, go to the left-most tab, click reset to default, then click calibrate.

Ijust bought the game, but yeah, the controller configs recognize all the buttons and sticks, but for some reason it don't work in game. Weird. Guess I'll have to refund this. Edit: Actually deleting those ini files in Assetto Corsa\cfg\controllers - not the presets - as the OP stated in his second post - fixed my issue. Cheers for that.

Justfired up ACC for the first time. My Fanatec CSL Elite was not detected at all, so I installed fresh Fanatec drivers. That fixed the detection, and I set the wheel up, it shows the wheel rotating etc. When I launch the game though the wheel will not steer. The buttons work. The pedals work. The gears shift. But no steering. Any ideas?
Hey i got the problem that after i played in one session, in the next session i got absolutley no control anymore. I checked that ac is recognizing my wheel input - everything is fine and ac recognizes all input when i am in seeting -> controls.
